Dev Channel Update: 0.13.587.9

Dev Channel has been updated to version 0.13.587.9. The Chrome browser
version is 13.0.782.10.

    Looks like the Flash issues that resulted from the previous updates have been resolved. I can now watch video from hulu.com and it doesn't seem to affect anything else in the OS.

    I haven't really noticed anything else new. This version seems to be a lot more stable.

    Still getting the infuriating Gmail won't scroll problem! The scroll bar moves but the content will not. Argh! I've reported it several times.

    Ok, so I had enabled the flag for GPU Compositing at some point long ago. I went in and saw that and disabled it and restarted and now gmail is scrolling as it should... Lovely...

    Found out today that it will now completely re-charge without having to shutdown and finish off the last 5% or so. Another improvement.
