CR-48 Beta Channel Update: 1412.64.0

Beta Channel for the CR-48 has been updated to version 1412.64.0. The
Chrome browser version is 17.0.963.27.

    not sure how good this build is.

    the crosh (CTRL-ALT-T) no longer has shell command. May need new crosh tutorial.

    Wifi seems to have issues with hidden access point. I have to delete my info and then re-create it.
