Dev Channel Update: 0.13.587.44

Dev Channel has been updated to version 0.13.587.44. The Chrome browser
version is 13.0.782.38.

    I was unable to download the previous release, no update was showing, but I can update to 587.44 right away.
    Hopefully the speakers are fixed.

    Speakers are fixed, and do I even detect a slight audio boost as well? (Maybe it just seems that way after a day of silence....)

    I *did* try enabling the (experimental) static ip stuff using the about:flags webpage. Still no go on my wpa/static ip network....sigh.
